Pay: $100,000 – $125,000 yearly

Relocation Pay

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm, overtime on Friday/Saturday if necessary

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Supervisor position, as well as 5 plus years’ knowledge as Tool and Die Maker.

The Tool & Die Shop Manager responsibilities will include:

· Reading and interpretation of tooling and machined part blue prints including understanding Geometric Tolerances and Dimensioning.

· Purchasing materials.

· Machining Processes

· Customer Service

· Budgeting

· Equipment Maintenance

· Work mandatory overtime, as needed

Requirements:

· Preferred minimum 5 years managerial experience and no less than 5 years as a Tool and Die Maker.

· Preferred understanding of all types of dies including deep draw, form, blank and progressive dies, as well as jigs, fixtures and gages.

· Time Management

· Advanced shop math skills

· Tool Steel knowledge

· Heat Treat knowledge

· Master Cam and Auto Cad Software knowledge a plus

· Associates Degree preferred, but not required
