We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented General Maintenance Technician to join our team in Concordia, MO.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the upkeep, including grounds and building maintenance, as well as the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with mechanical and electrical expertise who thrives in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance on grounds, buildings, machinery, and equipment across the facility.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, manufacturer’s specifications, and technical documentation.
• Follow and apply safety and environmental regulations, including lockout/tag-out procedures and SDS compliance.
• Conduct Preventive Maintenance (PM) on equipment, documenting processes per procedure and adhering to lubrication standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair both mechanical and electrical machinery.
• Work with electrical distribution systems, troubleshoot advanced electrical issues, and set up and de-energize electrical panels safely.
• Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Follow and contribute to visual management systems, including Audit and PM Boards, and a Work Order Tracking System.
• Assist with moving and setting up equipment or furniture.
• Master both basic and intermediate maintenance duties.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to safely operate a pallet jack, powered forklift, hydraulic lift, crane, tractor, and other industrial equipment.
• Proficiency with MIG and arc welding.
• Strong communication skills, able to interact respectfully and effectively with others.
• Able to work independently, stay focused, and collaborate towards team goals.
• Willingness to learn new processes to enhance business performance.
