Job Purpose:
Maintain consumer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources and resolutions in an efficient manner. Provide sales support to Contract Manufacturing Sales team initiatives. Working as a team to provide excellent customer service.
Job Duties:
- Provide team support to Contract Manufacturing Sales team in company’s B2B initiatives including; tracking sales leads, assisting with customer orders, and providing customer service.
- Work closely with Contract Manufacturing Sales team in; monitoring sales activity, insuring accurate sales order data entry and follow up.
- Provide team support to Consumer Solutions team in support of all functions related to consumer service, order entry, and addressing open issues and resolving in a timely manner.
- Maximizes consumer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice; resolving problems; detecting and diagnosing problems.
- Provides support in all aspects of the Contract Manufacturing Sales team.
- Updates job knowledge of Company objectives in regard to product
- Provides sales support by marketing and social media engagement and promotions.
Requirements:
- Marketing / Social Media expertise in regard to business to business.
- Excellent computer skills and ability to work in Excel files.
- Experience with Manufacturing ERP software preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and react quickly to changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills.
- Technical aptitude.
- Position requires both sitting and standing to perform job functions.
