Are you detail-oriented and eager to grow your skills in a hands-on manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a Fabricator to join our Fabrication team. This role requires attentiveness, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and assist with programming laser equipment (experience preferred but not required).
• Train on various fabrication machines as needed.
• Utilize computers and keyboards effectively for machine operation.
• Follow instructions and procedures consistently.
• Inspect parts using tools such as tape measures and calipers.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality control.
• Work across departments and assist with production tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Prior laser operating experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent bending and twisting.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills required.
• Must have or be willing to obtain Forklift License (with a clean safety record).
• Reliable transportation and a proven record of good attendance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed.

Additional Requirements:

• Must pass a short math test.
• Must align with production schedules and be open to shift flexibility.
