We have immediate need for Production Workers in Hamilton, MO.
Weekly Pay
Benefits Available
Temp-to-Hire
Positions Available: Assemblers, Material Handlers, and Machine Operators
Pay: $12 – $14 hourly

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

May assist in training new employees on inspection standards and operation of equipment/machinery
May be required to work overtime
May need to cross-train in different departments to assist in relieving co-workers due to absenteeism and/or breaks
Work in a safe manner
Be knowledgeable of, fully support, and follow all plant safety rules
Ensure high level of housekeeping and material organization
Participate in and support plant safety initiatives
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Team Leader and/or Manager

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Possess attention to detail
Be willing/able to follow detailed directions and procedures
Ability to work with little direction
Effective communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to lift heavy weight frequently
