We are seeking an in-house, Entry Level Recruiter in our Warrensburg office.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop and maintain excellent client/employee relations.

· Provide amazing customer service for clients, employees and applicants.

· Ability to communicate effectively and provide direction to employees.

· Perform general administrative task such as organizing, filing, data entry, typing and creating presentations.

· Assists in maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.

· Assists in the development of departmental procedures and processes.

· Maintain information in the system and compile reports from the database.

· Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee information in a timely fashion.

· Complete extensive necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and background tests and document verification.

· Assess clients’ staffing requirements and coordinate staffing program to meet their needs.

· Identify and attend networking activities such as career fairs, professional association meetings, technical schools, and outplacement services.

· Assist in recruitment efforts across all disciplines within Operations

· Additional duties as assigned by manager/Owner

· Recruit people all over Midwest

· Work in a team environment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

· Strong written and oral communication skills

· Ability to gather and analyze data, and implement recommendations

· Solid organizational skills and detail orientation

· Strong process management skills that ensure consistent quality of service delivery

· Excellent client service skills and ability to build rapport with candidates and clients at all levels

· Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Ability to interact positively with people at all levels of the organization

· Ability to manage time and prioritize

· Ability to handle highly confidential information
