Flexible Staffing provides recruiting services for direct hire, temporary, temp-to-hire and remote employees. Because we are located and do business in primarily rural communities in the Midwest, we are very diverse in the positions that we hire for. We recruit for light industrial positions, managerial positions, accounting positions, engineering positions, etc. We have a vast network of staffing and recruiting companies that we partner with to help us succeed in finding those hard-to-find candidates.  Our goal is to help our clients grow their businesses and see our communities thrive because of it!

Temporary: If you have a special project or seasonal demand for an extra set of hands.

Temp to Hire: This “try before you buy” allows our clients an opportunity to see each employee’s skillset, drive and to see if they are a good fit with their company.

Remote: Do you have a need for additional employees? Remote employees can fill that gap. We hire remote workers for our clients.

Direct Hire: Many of our clients want to put exceptional employees directly onto their payroll. This is a recruit-only service.
